Springbrook National Park – nature’s beautiful garden

A fellow adventurer

From Germany

told me

Wenn Engel verreisen, scheint die Sonne

When angels travel the sun shines.

So walking in the sub tropic rain forest

An angel must have been with me

Walking as if in nature’s hand

Trees as old as Gondwanaland

Thick green forest

Waterfalls

Sparkling like diamonds in the sun

Walking in nature’s garden

When angels travel the sky is definitely smiling

Springbrook is a place for angels to travel.

  1. Empty Nest Adventures – I live in CO with my husband and we are recent empty nesters. We love traveling, trying new things, and pushing ourselves outside our comfort zones. Family time is very important to us, so we still do a lot with our two sons, even though they've flown the coop. I welcome any recommendations for new experiences, and I hope I can spark some ideas for you too!

    And beautiful pictures!!

    1. Thanks you its a spectacular place to walk. There had been a lot of rain up there and so the water flowing through the park and over the falls was breathtaking

When I read this, my heart gave a little jump. My mom passed away several years ago and I believe with all my heart that she travels with us. We always have beautiful weather wherever we go, whether it’s Iceland in the middle of winter, the Andes in the middle of the rainy season, London in Spring and many others. I think your German friend has it right!

  3. RhapsodyBoheme – Welcome to my little corner, the place where the thoughts of my deep thinking take flight and where I ponder the status quo and if "this" is really "it." You might have been there too, asking yourself if this is all there is to your life. I invite to explore the ups and downs I have encountered so far, how I worked through them, overcame, and even came to embrace them as lessons that I needed to learn. And yes, I mean even the tough ones. This blog started as an outlet for what I call my “Warriors Journey". It became a way to document and share my challenges and successes, plus allowed me to empty my mind when I felt others found it hard to relate. When I basically felt alone, trapped with an analytical mind that examined everything at a deeper level. Please check out my 'About me" page for a more in depth look and thank you for stopping by. Namaste 🙏🏼💙🦋

Being German, I remember that saying 🙂

  4. Jude – South Dell, Ness, Isle of Lewis, Scotland – Hello Visitors I'm Jude, a writer and dreamer. I live in the Outer Hebrides on Lewis 'living on the edge' as they call it on the north west coast of the Island, gazing out at the denim blue Atlantic. Wild winds and horizontal rain! I have a lot of hobbies and a passion for motorcycling. I'm probably a Pagan. I hope you enjoy some of my scribbles and thoughts! You can find my books here: https://www.judethompsonauthor.co.uk/

Definitely more dramatic than the Vezere! Love it! And may that angel keep following you Mick!
